Sky Valley Financial, Inc. was founded in July of 1990.  We have always believed in our motto, “We Get You Home” as paving the way to help those homebuyers and investors who need professional home counseling and products that fit their personal financial needs.  As a California Real Estate Broker, we can offer most products available today by major lenders across the country.  By using these large institutions, we can provide loan financing with all the benefits of the "big guys" while giving you personalized service.

Over the past few years, the California real estate market has gone through dramatic changes.  Although we have experienced a boom in new home developments, the amount of new homes has not been sufficient to stop the fast rise in home prices.  There are many loan programs that now offer 100% financing creating more opportunities for entry level buyers.

To foster the best opportunities to provide home loan products that make the home buying process available to most, we have continued to offer FHA and VA loans.  We also offer programs for clients who have had less than perfect credit.

Due to the dramatic growth in the senior housing market, we offer Reverse Mortgages for those homeowners over the age of 62.

We offer many construction products for building a new home or renovating an existing home.  Sky Valley Financial also offers the FHA 203(k) renovation loan with a 3% down payment for existing properties purchased "as is".  We are one of a few select lenders approved to offer loans in Indian Country with HUD's section 184-loan program.  We are proud to have received HUD's Certificate of Appreciation for our affordable housing results.
